Ever since the carbon plenum craze became popular on the V8s, I've been hoping for a solution for the V10.
10x ITBs deserve to sing.
Taking from his expertise on the V8, René @ CarboProject has designed OEM+ carbon plenums for our S85 with a few twists.

A clever approach

OEM+ design

These carbon plenums were developed using the lower housings of the OEM plastic plenums.

The top lips are fully replaced & sealed with an enlarged, thinner carbon lids to augment induction noises.

The Specs

Export Version

The Export version was developed in early 2021 from US member feedbacks on the V8 application. It has thinner, pre-preg, carbon fiber lids for improved induction noise.

Gloss or Matte

The plenums are available in gloss and matte 2 component hardened clear coat. The Gloss finish option is polished and wet sanded for a mirror like finish.

Sticker options

OEM M5 V10 badges, M Power sticker under the clear coat, or naked. You choose.

No core needed!

Pricing includes a Genuine BMW core. You get to keep your OEM plenum.

Easy DIY installation

Installation Notes

This is a simple DIY. Plan for 60 to 120 minutes. Quick tip: grease the rubber couplers before fitting it, and make sure you seal is tight.

I sort of knew what to expect having run the equivalent carbon plenum on my S65 for the last year or so.

But a V10 just sounds different.
