InfinityDesign's headers have been known on the market for years as the ultimately performance solution.
What few know are the constant improvements that have been made to refine the design.
In this Special Series, I take a dive into the V3 headers: technical features, installation notes, product updates and my driving impressions.

The equal length turns up the symphony.
The equal length design retains the signature, wailing S85 exhaust note.
The MSS65 will like it.
Bungs for pre-cat, post-cat and temperature sensors were cut, fitted and welded to the headers.
Welded to tolerate the heat.
They are TIG welded and made from 304 Stainless Steel. Each runner is individually tagged and aligned to slip into the merge collector.
Merging for more power.
The catless primary runner design is flow optimized, connecting to an F1 style collector.

This Stage 3 tuning specifically developed for the V3 headers uncorks massive top end power: expect gains of up to +/- 70whp over stock with tuning.

Alpha N Mapping Proces
Once your order is paid for Sal will communicate with you to validate your tune specifications. He will ship the tuning cable to you.
1. Install tuning software to your PC (not Mac compatible).
2. Extract the OEM DME file using the OBD2 Cable & Tuning device.
3. Upload your OEM DME file to your PC using the software.
4. Email the file to Sal. Turn around time is 1-2 days.
5. Download the new tuned DME file to your computer.
6. Upload to your tuning device.
7. Plug into OBD2, turn on the ignition, flash your vehicle. *during the flashing process, it is normal to see lights, warnings and other electronic signals. It last a minute or two.
8. Turn off ignition, unplug the tuning devine.
Always have your car on a battery tender during the tuning process.
Start your S85, and enjoy.
