As found in the M3 GTS, the XL version is 35 mm wider than the standard size.

The standard SPG is 7.0 kg / 15.4 lbs while the XL is 10.0kg / 22.0 lbs
Street belt compatible.
The side cut outs allow to slip the seat belt buckle through.
