Shipping policy

Lead times
Most products on EuroConnex are hand made and will take a minimum of 4 weeks to manufacture. Lead time may extend beyond 4 weeks up to 12 weeks depending on the product. 

Duties and taxes
Euroconnex is not liable for duties and border fees unless explicitly stated. All products are delivered by default as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). 

VAT
Customers from the EU will be subject to applicable taxes if the products are shipped from the EU. 

Canadian Customers
For Canadian orders that are charged sales taxes by EuroConnex, any taxes charged upon delivery by the shipping company / broker is refundable upon providing the receipts.
