Refund policy

Returns and Refunds.

Returns and refunds are not accepted on duly shipped product that meet manufacturer specifications.

Damages and Defects.

Please inspect your products upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the reception of the product, as defined by the delivery date and signature (if available). 

Installation Related Expenses. 

Euroconnex is not liable for installation related expenses on damaged, or products that would be otherwise deemed defective.

Restocking fees. 

Authorized returns and refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will be subjected to 50% restocking fee. 

Duties and Border fees. 

Euroconnex is not liable for duties and border fees unless explicitly stated. All products are delivered by default as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). 

Bespoke & Painted Products.

Bespoke products have a strict no-refund/return policy due to the customized nature of the product. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
