Valvetrain work.
The valves and their seats are machined to 3 or 5 angles depending on your application to ensure the correct flow and seal.
New Colsibro valve guides are machined and pressed to specific tolerances to ensure the correct valve alignment and limiting oil consumption.
All cylinder heads are fitted with uprated springs, new retainers, new seals and other components tailored around your planned used.
We use our own cores to limit downtime. We refund the core charge once your heads are returned and inspected. You don't have to send them back.
The core charges will vary per engines and availability.

For the S65/S85, we re-use the original hydraulic cam followers. Solid lifters may be used for specific applications.
For the S54, brand new Diamond Like Carbon coated rocker arms are used.
