  • Uprated Valvetrain: 
    • Uprated beehive valve springs
      • Valve springs are made from Superclean chrome silicon vanadium steel alloy
      • Improved structural memory, performance and durability
      • Reduced weight, increased spring rate. 
    • Lightweight titanium retainers
      • Titanium retainers are CNC machined with high quality military certified alloy.
      • Further reduces weight. 
    • Genuine BMW retainers 
      • Made from high grade steel
  • Genuine BMW auxiliary components to complete the installation:
    • Valve cover gaskets
    • Valve seals
    • Cam bolts
    • Retainer Collets
  • Off-the-shelf tuning:
    • Developed for the 5.0 stock displacement and 5.2 slight bore out fitted with long tube catless headers. 
    • Any other configuration, including increased displacements from 5.5, will required remote dyno tuning. 

Installation Notes

Professional installation by a highly competent shop is required. Engine out is highly recommended considering the nature of the work.

Tuning Notes

Remote tuning includes a K-Can cable.

More revs, more power.

500 RPM higher than stock before hitting soft protections.
Performance Gains

522whp @ 8,400 RPM on a Mustang dyno.

The comparaison to a bolt-on S85 on the same dyno is coming shortly, along with improvements in 100-200 times validated on GPS.

In 2023, I set out to empirically prove, or disprove an hypothesis: could we reach 125hp/liters on naturally aspirated S54B32, S65B40 and S85B50 engines?

As of 2024, I'm happy to report the hypothesis has been proven right.
