Made from 5251 Aluminum.
The gauge used creates a 2mm thickness to achieve a balance between protection, and weight (3.6 kg).
Improved Cooling.
The rubber trims are designed to seal onto the OEM cooling shroud, heat is dissipated away from the oil cooler.
Brackets, bolts, nuts and washers are included.

The undertray was designed with slotted sections to allow adjustment along with threaded inserts.

E46s don't crack*.
I cracked and replaced my E92 M3's undertray twice before calling it quits and fitting the Lightweight Aluminum Skidplate.
My E46 M3 experience was a tad different.
The previous owner simply didn't bother replacing the OE plastic undertray sections: they weren't even there.
In this Product Series, I'll be doing it once and I'll be doing it right by documenting and fitting the Performance Aluminum Skidplate.
