Bespoke Alcantara Sun Visors (E46 M3)

Specifications:

Bespoke recovering in Genuine Alcantara.
- 9002 Anthracite or 9040 BMW Deep Black are standard. More colors are available. Learn more here.
- Stitching threads color can be customized. Learn more here.
- Custom brandings can be applied. Learn more here.
Optional strap
- The original accessories band can be re-created in Alcantara or Nappa leather.
- Leather color can be matched to your current interior, including Cinnamon.
Simplified design:
- The original sun visors mirrors and frames are removed. The welded plastic seam cannot be re-used.
- The mirror and frame cutouts are filled and blended in with matching foam for a seamless feel.
- The upper stitching is cross stitched to seal the enclosure.
- The warning labels are not re-glued. Please consult your local laws.

Bringing the E46 M3 to par.

Naturally aspirated BMW M3 interiors were rudimentary, spartan classics.

M5s and modern M3s were available with extensive interior customization options and further covering of panels with leather and Alcantara.

As part of the restoration of the Phoenix, I set out to modernize the E46 M3's interior. In this these entries, I document my journey restoring, and refining the interior.
