Stepped Design Headers
Upsized, stepped headers are perfectly suited for the S54's long duration cam with lots of overlap.
HJS Motorsport Catalytic Converters.
They use a stainless steel catalyst with a 100 CPSI for optimized gas flow, positioned further downstream to reduce operating temperatures.
Twin tube mid sections.
The twin tube design allows to achieve the 63.5mm overall surface area.
Rear sections dictate sound levels.
From mildest to loudest, and heaviest to lighest: choose from Street, Sport and Race.

Notes on hardware.
As a rule of thumb, Supersprint does not include installation hardware.
You will need to source new gaskets and bolts if you wish to replace them.
The exceptions are on exhaust sections that are not using the OEM configuration such as the twin-tube section 2.

The S54 is known for many great aspects: exhaust sound isn't one of them.
We cheered for companies making louder exhausts without rasps.
The bar was low.
2001 was an era where Americans had catalytic converts and Europeans didn't.
As CSL airbox conversions, cams and tuning were unlocked, new levels of power were found within the S54.
The exhaust became a bottleneck. Times does its time: technology and expertise evolves.

The GOAT never rests.
Supersprint has been leading E46 M3 exhaust development since the early 2000s and haven't stopepd since.
They were the first to develop and market the stepped header configuration.
It's a unique engineering innovation to enhance power gains across all RPM, with no sacrifice to low and mid range torque often associated with oversized headers.
