Stepped Design Headers

Upsized, stepped headers are perfectly suited for the S54's long duration cam with lots of overlap. 

60mm v 63.5mm

The 60mm are designed with flanges for the OE cats, whereas 63.5mm require Supersprint's section 1.

HJS Motorsport Catalytic Converters.

They use a stainless steel catalyst with a 100 CPSI for optimized gas flow, positioned further downstream to reduce operating temperatures.

    • 63.5mm enlarged diameter for superior flow, and reduced rasp.

    • Slip-on installation with Supersprint section
    • 60mm stepped design is available for bolted flange fitment on original section 1 or aftermarket. 
  • Section 1 options:
    • HJS CUP 100 CSPI catalytic converters. 
    • Catless with resonators 
    • Catless without resonators
  • Hardware not included. Re-use original. 
  • Lifetime warranty

Hardware notes

As a rule of thumb, Supersprint does not include installation hardware. You will need to source new gaskets and bolts if you wish to replace them.
